Dawg Treats

UX Design
Project Overview
Difficulty finding desired vending machine items and COVID-related concerns about high-contact surfaces are leading to frustration, limited options, and hesitation among vending machine users on campus. We designed a solution that gives users better access and success when using vending machines without detracting from its normal functionality. This project was created in an upper-level HCDE undergraduate course in User-Centered Design, in which we spent 10 weeks designing a solution through the HCD process
