Project Overview
The primary goal of this usability test is to identify and address the pain points that passengers experience while purchasing tickets and planning trips using the Washington State Ferry Website. By assessing the ease of finding information such as sailing schedules and identifying obstacles or confusing interactions, we aim to find ways to improve the overall user experience.
My Contributions
Within this research, I was part of a team of 5. Within this team, we have evenly distributed the work throughout every step of the research. In addition, I have focused on the overall format of the final report.
